Terms & Conditions

These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") govern the supply of products and services by NXT GEN RESEARCH ("we", "us", "our", "the Supplier") to you ("you", "the Buyer", "the Researcher"). By accessing this website, placing an order, or receiving products from us, you accept these Terms in full. If you do not accept them, you must not use this website or purchase from us.

1. Nature of goods — Research Use Only

ALL PRODUCTS SUPPLIED BY NXT GEN RESEARCH ARE RESEARCH CHEMICALS INTENDED SOLELY FOR IN-VITRO LABORATORY RESEARCH BY QUALIFIED RESEARCHERS. Products are not medicinal products within the meaning of the Human Medicines Regulations 2012, are not licensed by the Medicines and Healthcare products Regulatory Agency (MHRA), the U.S. Food and Drug Administration (FDA), the European Medicines Agency (EMA), or any other regulator, and are not intended, approved, or safe for any of the following:

• Human or veterinary consumption or administration by any route;
• Use in the diagnosis, treatment, cure, mitigation, or prevention of any disease or condition;
• Use as, or in, food, dietary supplements, cosmetics, or personal-care products;
• Any in-vivo use, clinical use, or use on any living human or animal subject.

You warrant on each order that you understand and accept this classification and will not use, or permit others to use, any product supplied for any purpose other than legitimate in-vitro research.

2. Eligibility of the Buyer

By ordering you represent and warrant that you:

• Are aged 18 years or over;
• Are a qualified researcher, licensed laboratory professional, academic institution, contract research organisation, or other purchaser lawfully entitled to acquire research chemicals in your jurisdiction;
• Will handle, store, use, and dispose of products in accordance with COSHH, GLP, and any other applicable laboratory-safety and waste regulations;
• Are not purchasing on behalf of, and will not resupply to, any person or organisation that intends to consume, administer, or otherwise use the products in-vivo.

3. B2B contract; consumer rights excluded

Our supply is business-to-business. You are not a "consumer" for the purposes of the Consumer Rights Act 2015 in respect of these Products, and consumer statutory rights, including cooling-off / distance-selling rights under the Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013, do not apply. To the maximum extent permitted by law we exclude them.

4. Orders and acceptance

Your order is an offer which we may accept or refuse in our absolute discretion. A contract is formed only when we dispatch the goods and send confirmation. We may cancel or refuse any order (including after payment) if we reasonably believe the buyer is ineligible, the goods may be misused, the buyer has provided false information at the entry gate or checkout, or supply would breach law or these Terms. We ship to United Kingdom addresses only; orders placed with non-UK billing or shipping addresses will be cancelled.

4a. Zero-tolerance communications — automatic termination

Any reference by the Buyer to human trials, self-administration, dosing, cycles, side effects, injection technique, bodybuilding, weight or fat loss, or any other in-vivo use — in any communication with NXT GEN RESEARCH (email, contact form or order notes; support is provided by email only) — will result in:

• Immediate and permanent termination of the Buyer's account;
• Cancellation of all open orders without dispatch;
• Forfeiture of any monies paid on cancelled orders as liquidated damages for material breach of these Terms and our Acceptable Use Policy;
• Retention of records of the communication and, where lawful, disclosure to the relevant UK authorities.

The Buyer expressly accepts this policy as a fair and proportionate pre-estimate of loss arising from the reputational and regulatory exposure caused by such communications.

5. Prices, discounts and payment

• Prices are in GBP and exclude VAT unless stated. Bundle pricing, where offered, is calculated transparently against the current listed price of the individual products it contains.
• Discounts and promotional pricing are provided at our discretion and may be withdrawn at any time.
• Payment is due in full before dispatch, by the methods offered at checkout. Title passes on payment; risk passes on delivery.

6. Delivery

Delivery times are estimates and time is not of the essence. We are not liable for carrier delays or events outside our reasonable control. See our Shipping policy.

7. Refunds & Returns — All Sales Final

Due to the nature of our products — research-use-only compounds that require controlled cold-chain storage and careful handling to maintain integrity — we do not accept returns or offer refunds once an order has been dispatched. This applies regardless of whether the outer packaging or any inner vial has been opened, in order to protect the chain of custody, sterility and stability of the product. All sales are final.

Exceptions. The only exceptions are items that arrive damaged in transit, incorrect (wrong product or wrong strength shipped), or manifestly defective. In those cases you must contact us in writing at hello@nxtgenpeptides.co.uk within 3 working days of delivery, quoting your order number and attaching clear photographic evidence of the outer packaging, the affected item and any batch labelling. Where the claim is accepted we will, at our sole discretion, arrange either a replacement of the affected item or a refund of the price paid for that item. Claims made outside the 3-working-day window, or without supporting photographic evidence, will not be accepted.

Refunds (where granted) are limited to the price paid for the affected item and exclude shipping charges unless the entire order is defective. We do not refund on the basis of change of mind, change of research direction, incorrect product selection by the Buyer, or dissatisfaction with research outcomes.

8. Warranties and disclaimer

Products are supplied "as is" for research. All express or implied warranties (including satisfactory quality, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement) are excluded to the maximum extent permitted by law. Analytical certificates ("COAs") are provided for information only and do not constitute a guarantee of any specific research outcome.

9. Limitation of liability

Nothing in these Terms limits liability for death or personal injury caused by our negligence, for fraud, or for any liability that cannot lawfully be limited. Subject to that:

• We are not liable for any indirect, consequential, incidental, special, punitive, or economic loss (including loss of profit, revenue, business, data, goodwill, research outcomes, or anticipated savings), even if foreseeable;
• Our aggregate liability arising out of or in connection with any order (in contract, tort, statute or otherwise) shall not exceed the price paid by the Buyer for the specific product giving rise to the claim.

10. Indemnity

You agree to indemnify, defend and hold harmless NXT GEN RESEARCH, its directors, officers, employees, agents, and suppliers from and against any and all claims, demands, actions, losses, damages, fines, penalties, costs and expenses (including reasonable legal fees on a full-indemnity basis) arising out of or in connection with: (a) any breach by you of these Terms; (b) any use of the products other than in-vitro laboratory research; (c) any human or animal consumption, administration, or in-vivo use of the products by you or any third party; and (d) any onward supply of products by you.

11. Compliance and export

You are solely responsible for ensuring that your purchase, import, possession, storage and use of the products is lawful in your jurisdiction. We ship within the United Kingdom only; the Buyer is responsible for any onward movement.

12. Force majeure

We are not liable for failure or delay in performance caused by any event outside our reasonable control, including acts of God, war, civil unrest, epidemics, industrial action, carrier failure, regulatory change, or restriction of supply of raw materials.

13. Data protection

Personal data is processed as described in our Privacy Notice.

14. Governing law and jurisdiction

These Terms and any dispute or claim arising out of them or their subject matter (including non-contractual disputes) are governed by the laws of England and Wales. The courts of England and Wales have exclusive jurisdiction, subject to any mandatory rights the Buyer may have in its home jurisdiction that cannot be excluded.

15. Changes to these Terms

We may amend these Terms at any time. The version in force at the time of your order is the version that applies to that order.
