• Account & order data: name, email, delivery address, phone number, order history.
• Researcher acknowledgements: a record that you confirmed the research-use acknowledgements when entering the site and when placing an order, together with the exact wording accepted and the timestamp.
• Payment data: we do not store full card details; payments are handled by regulated payment providers.
• Technical data: IP address, device and browser information, basic analytics for security and website improvement.
• Communications: messages you send us and our replies.

3. How we use your data (lawful bases)

• Contract — to fulfil your orders, provide customer service, and enforce our Terms.
• Legal obligation — to keep tax, financial and regulatory records, and to evidence your acceptance of the research-use acknowledgements.

4. Sharing

We keep order and acknowledgement records for a minimum of 7 years to meet UK tax, accounting and evidentiary requirements. Account data is retained while your account is active. Marketing data is deleted on unsubscribe.
